Abyssal Infants NeoGeo gets title screen and the second player is back.

Title screen is here, but not coins, menu and credits.

The second player is also back for the NeoGeo and he can drop in drop out by pressing the D button.

Also a small bug was fixed that may harmed the performance.

I am uploading this cause coins may get some time get in the game and I am going to add menu only then.

Also added text between the stages explaining to the player the upgrades he is getting and... in the end the finale of the game.
